Ardrossan & Largs Sea Cadets went out and about today, visiting the Scottish Maritime Museum in Irvine! Our cadets had a great time taking in our maritime heritage and the visit also facilitated the completion of some Junior Sea Cadet modules!
Thanks to our fantastic Junior Training Officer for organising!
Come along and get involved! We're currently looking for new trustees on our Unit Management Committee - are you the ready for an exciting new challenge?

Can you spare the price of a coffee to help us?

Remember, even though we're delivering young people in the area the best start at life through fun and nautical adventure, OP REFIT is still going on in the background and our dedicated team of volunteers never rest!
We're happy to announce that we've secured sufficient funding to purchase new classroom facilities, giving our cadets the best possible space in which to learn the valuable skills they'll need in the world of work.
These skills include leadership, teamwork, communication skills, engineering, seamanship, boating, first aid, health & safety skills, presentation skills and all the rest!
However, we still need your help! If everyone in Ardrossan donated just £2, we'd have our first brand-new classroom! Add into that the rest of our catchment area, including Saltcoats, Stevenston, Ardeer, Largs, West Kilbride, Fairlie and Dalry, and we'd have OP REFIT completed in no time!
