AWARDS EVENING

Brighton Sea Cadet Unit celebrated a very successful year at their Awards Evening on 18 July. We were delighted to Welcome Cllr Amanda Grimshaw, the Mayor of Brighton & Hove, accompanied by Robbie Robertson, Sir Peter Field KCVO, former Lord Lieutenant of East Sussex, and Lady Margaret Field. Also attending was Lt Cdr Alison Kennedy, District Officer (Sussex).

They were kind enough to present many awards, from Crest Certificates, Attendance, Commitment and many more, including Senior and Junior Cadet of the year. There was a cadet display of SCC Activities, and a delicious Buffet afterwards with homemade celebration cake. It was a lovely evening with a very friendly atmosphere.

A huge thank you to all who made this possible.
