Fun fact - I was once a World Record Holder for being part of the longest ever Canoe Polo match (24 hours), and have the signed match ball!

Andrew heads up the Unit Management Team (UMT), whose members are the unit charity trustees, focused on providing an adequate facility with the required resources and funding for the cadets to achieve their Sea Cadet Experience.
